Fresh, vibrant, and oh-so-delicious ✨Welcome to the first episode of ‘How to with Lulu’ the series where you can learn italian recipes and their pronunciations! Today let’s start with… BRUSCHETTA 🍅🥖

Ingredients:
400g bread
qb extravirgin olive oil
qb salt
slice the bread and toast it in a pan till it become brown and crunchy
for the pesto
50g basil
50g pine nuts
50g parmesan cheese
50 ml olio evo
50 ml water
qb salt
1 burrata

Mix all the ingredients together in a mortar or in a mixer till it become smooth and creamy. Cut the tomatoes and season them with salt basil and oil. Compose the
bruschetta with pesto, tomatoes and a bit of burrata.
